These are the different services I provide:
- Macrobiotic meal delivery now available: delicious 5-6 course meals, optional dessert, freshly cooked on the same day and delivered to your door; for generally healthy conditions to love and enjoy or medicinal cooking for more specific and restricted health conditions to move forward on the healing process. Get in touch by email or phone to discuss different options and availability.
- Macrobiotic consultations: (for general health conditions) to help you obtain the right diet for your age, sex, condition, and of course, taste! Guidance on food and emotions that is, to help you understand the link between different bodily organs and the emotions that arise from them, and how food can rouse them or calm them down.
- Private cooking: food prepared for you in your own home; freshly cooked according to your own or your family needs
- One to one cooking lessons: sessions on any subject we decide to work on. (I have a list of different subjects we can choose from, healthy desserts, fermented foods, acid-alkaline balance, food and emotions, fertility,diet while breast feeding, baby food...
- Catering for birthday parties, celebrations, work meetings, or any gathering where you want to provide a healthy healing touch!
- Cooking classes: hands-on workshops and cooking demonstrations relating to different seasons of the year, and the different cooking styles we use according to the weather, sex, or mood. .Also the preparation of desserts, beans and bean products, seaweed, and whole grains. (These will be announced periodically on the news page of this website.)
- Special guidance on the relationship between macrobiotics and issues such as fertility, pregnancy, the newborn, weaning, toddlers and young children.
- Lessons on the making of Natto, tempeh and seitan. These products are often used in macrobiotics, but it is difficult
to find fresh, good quality ones. It is helpful to learn how to make them yourself as they are a great source of protein vitamins and minerals. - Cooking for special needs: food intolerances, allergies, diabetes, etc...
