Macrobiotic London wants to offer you a new way of understanding macrobiotics and in general healthy eating, opening the doors to a new range of products we can enjoy (sea vegetables, fermented foods as miso, shoyu, umeboshi, pickles...), new cooking styles, amazing way of presenting food, and walking on a new path of understanding life and nutrition.
I want to mention that there are mainly two stages for most of the people, as, many would like to overcome some inbalance, or condition, so, there might be a time when we need to restrict the range of food that we should have, but by doing this efficiently on a short period of time, we can get to a better health and a better place to start enjoying a very wide selection of pulses, grains, vegetables, seaweed, cooked as tempura, baked, fried, nishime, kimpira. The art of making fabulous desserts without using animal products nor sugar, and in general focusin in all the amazing things we can cook and have, instead of thinking on restrictions, things we should avoid and dragging ourselfs down for not doing what most of the people does, eating sugar, unhealthy and un-natural cooked, pre cooked food.
However, if that is not your case, you are not suffering from any ailment or health condition, this is also a great oportunity to get to an optimun health and a better understanding on how food affects us on a fisical, emotional and spiritual level.
